About Learning
"What I hear, I forget.
What I see, I remember.
What I do, I understand."
- Confucius
 Although there are clear therapeutic
outcomes from Method, Dr. Feldenkrais strongly emphasised his
approach as a way for people to learn and change.

may be new to some people. Thus we have found resources to help
you. MHA Institute has a very Feldenkrais-like approach to
thinking about how people learn. They have developed a very attractive
series of web pages informing us of the natural cognitive aspects of
learning and change.

we are capable of seeing. -- Maria Mitchell
