This is a great way to ease low back pain or release tight muscles in the low back -- if you can stand on one leg.
For this lesson you will need to be able to stand on one leg and to hold the other foot in your hand -- that is, standing on the left leg and holding the right foot in the left hand. Of course, you can use a chair, desk or table to help you maintain stability.
Now that you have the concept, and are able to start in this position -- go ahead, follow the recorded lesson, below.
At the end, walk around, notice the changes on your back, hips and legs. Go back to what you were doing... and notice the ease.
